In this role as Process Specialist, you will become part of one or more optimization projects, participating, leading and driving the focus on processes and ensuring streamlining of flow of goods, efficiency and excellence in our logistics processes. Your tasks will include acting as subject matter expert in relation to the development of new initiatives with a strong business focus, challenging the status quo in a proactive and professional manner to improve current processes to fit the future requirements.

Your analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders across the organisation will be key assets in this role. You will work closely with our teams in Denmark and the Netherlands to design, develop and implement efficient processes and systems, ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan and opportunities for career development and advancement.

BESTSELLER Logistics is responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics in BESTSELLER Group, operating five logistics centres in Denmark and constructing a sixth centre in the Netherlands.
