About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Commercial Operations team at GN Group, a leading provider of intelligent hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions. As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing large customer projects, key initiatives, and government tenders in the Defence and Public Safety industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Execution: Take full ownership of large customer projects, initiatives, and government tenders, ensuring seamless delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Finance, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer and market needs.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build positive relationships with customers, acting as a knowledgeable advocate for their needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our processes to optimize project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience in a program management role or similar.
  • Experience with handling tenders.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving competencies in swiftly changing environments and able to navigate large-scale projects with ease.
  • Technologically savvy, experience with PLM or CRM systems would be an added benefit.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Ability to assimilate new information efficiently.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of user segments in hearing protection or tactical communication is advantageous.
What We Offer

This role will require some travel, approximately 20 days per year. More travel days are definitely an option, but not a requirement.
