About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to join our Digital Transformation Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering digital contributions to the program, representing the track on elevated planning events, and ensuring progress with your peers in Group IT and across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver digital contributions to the Digital Transformation Program
  • Represent the track on elevated planning events
  • Ensure progress with your peers in Group IT and across the organization
  • Set clear expectations and ongoing aligning with development teams, business stakeholders, and program management
  • Communicate progress, status, and issues to the Delivery Director and line management organization
  • Identify and resolve risks and impediments continuously throughout the program
Requirements
  • Higher educational background within computer science, IT, engineering, business, or other relevant fields of study
  • Project and people leadership experience, with the ability to deliver projects and ensure team performance to meet deliverables
  • Well-developed stakeholder management abilities, with solid experience in building relationships and securing buy-in from senior leadership stakeholders across functions and divisions
  • Solid skills in communication and presentation, with the ability to clearly and effectively share complex information in a corporate setting
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing
