This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in commercial development and a passion for innovation to join our team.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in driving growth and understanding competitive activities in the gastrointestinal health space. As a Gastrointestinal Health Strategist, you will play a key role in defining a robust product innovation pipeline and developing a comprehensive portfolio strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the commercial category expert, driving growth and understanding competitive dynamics in the health category.
- Developing and steering a comprehensive product innovation pipeline.
- Creating the overall launch preparation and positioning for new products.
- Setting category and product positioning, supported by in-depth consumer insights and defined claims.
- Collaborating to refine existing portfolios and support long-term category strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deep knowledge of gastrointestinal health, with experience in the microbiome space preferred.
- Proven ability in commercial or business development for impactful product launches.
- Expertise in competitive analysis, portfolio management, and strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and project execution skills.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive benefits package.
