Nordic HR Controller

Take on a key role in our Nordic organization as our HR Controller.
Your mission...
As our HR Controller, you will be responsible for the HR cost controlling of Headcount and Internal Personnel Costs, ensuring alignment with the Nordic Organization's KPIs. You will work closely with Finance to construct budgets and analyses, adhering to Group standards. Your tasks will include:
- Providing in-depth analysis of HR data, including Headcount, Internal Personnel Costs, and HR KPIs.
- Participating in the construction of budgets and trends, in partnership with Finance and in accordance with Group standards.
- Ensuring processes, standards, reporting, and calendar are in accordance with Group standards.
- Analyzing results of HR and Financial KPIs and suggesting financial cost-optimization efficiency based on analysis of risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring links with all stakeholders, including finance and internal control.
- Proposing system developments to optimize HR processes and reporting.
- Participating in the internal and external audit.
Your profile...
- You have +2 years of experience from a controlling role or similar.
- You are at ease with numbers and Excel tables.
- You are an excellent communicator and have profound analytical skills.
- You have experience using management software (SAP Business, Excel, Compass).
- You are fluent in English. Fluency in a Nordic language is preferred.
- You have attention to detail and precision, and the ability to plan and deliver on deadlines.
- You are comfortable with working under pressure and delivering results.
We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to join our team as our HR Controller. The employment is permanent and based in Copenhagen. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
