About the Role:

As a Human Capital Manager at L'Oréal Danmark A/S, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's HR cost controlling, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and analyzing HR data to inform business decisions. This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth analysis of HR data, including headcount, internal personnel costs, and HR KPIs.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts, adhering to group standards.
  • Participate in monthly closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Guarantee processes, standards, and reporting meet group requirements.
  • Analyze HR and financial KPIs, suggesting cost-optimization strategies based on risk assessment and opportunity identification.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including finance and internal control teams.
  • Pursue system enhancements to optimize HR processes and reporting.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should possess +2 years of experience in a controlling or similar position. You should be comfortable working with numbers and Excel tables, have excellent analytical skills, and be an effective communicator. Experience using management software, such as SAP Business, Excel, and Compass, is also beneficial. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in a Nordic language preferred. You should be detail-oriented, able to plan and deliver results, and comfortable working under pressure.

L'Oréal Danmark A/S offers a competitive salary range of 85,000 - 110,000 DKK per annum, commensurate with experience.
