Key Responsibilities:

  5. Crisis Management: Proactively manage and resolve any issues or challenges, leveraging your experience in crisis management to maintain strong client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align client needs with Collinson's business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of deal structuring, negotiations, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional crisis management skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn them into opportunities.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable, along with a strong foundation in economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
