The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our Commercial team and contribute to the development of our product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Secure sales goals for our Steering and Control retrofit business by effectively managing our existing portfolio.
- Develop Product Portfolio: Develop and own the full product roadmap at EMRI A/S, identifying new growth opportunities alongside the Commercial team within areas such as Steering and Control, AutoPilot, SpeedPilot, Joystick/Dynamic Positioning applications, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions.
About You
You are:

- A dynamic, outgoing team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical product organization, with experience in product development and/or product management.
- A University degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Solid understanding of project and/or product management principles (experience in project management is a plus).
- Good commercial acumen, including familiarity with basic business economics, project valuation, and preferably outbound product marketing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of regulations relevant for maritime applications and products.
- Experience in the maritime industry, ideally as a product manager or product owner.
