Job Description: Operational Excellence Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an analytical and innovative Operational Excellence Transformation Specialist to support one area of our production. As a key member of our Operational Excellence department, you will consult and support the responsible production manager in achieving operational excellence, improving existing routines and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Shopfloor Management structures and KPI settings,
  • Identifying future challenges based on scenarios and presenting recommendations,
  • Conducting Kaizen events and other workshops to optimize and reduce processes, lead time etc.,

You will also be responsible for proposing new lean projects, evaluating cost/benefit, and overseeing their implementation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in engineering or equivalent,
  • A proven track record of successful Lean implementation including change management experience and project management experience,
  • Facilitation skills for process mapping and process improvement design,
  • Experience with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes,
  • The ability to work independently as well as in teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different areas of the organization,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • A high level of English and Danish language proficiency both written and oral.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
