About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Specialist Manager to lead our electrical engineering team in delivering complex projects. As a key member of our Major Projects division, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems and solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and leadership to our technical team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage large-scale electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Development: Contribute to the development of our internal competencies and standards, ensuring the highest level of technical excellence in our projects.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in and support industry initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and technical leadership. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree or similar in electrical engineering is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
