About the Role

The Channel Sales Specialist role at SOUNDBOKS offers an exciting opportunity to expand your skills and build a successful sales career. As a key member of the Retail & Distribution team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth through direct retail accounts and distribution partners. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing partners, uncovering opportunities for business growth, and ensuring great collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture relationships with existing partner accounts, maintaining proactive and regular communication to grow these relationships for long-term collaboration and success.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth by actively listening to partners and taking action accordingly.
  • E nsure that partners have access to the information and updates they need to drive shared success.
  • Boost and activate the SOUNDBOKS brand presence through participation in marketing and retail events.
Sales Performance & Forecasting
  • Track sales performance, create and update accurate forecasts, and share them with the team to stay aligned on goals and progress.
  • Review partner progress, identify any challenges, and contribute to creating plans for ongoing improvement.
Team Collaboration & Brand Storytelling
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.
  • Gather feedback from partners and their customers, sharing these insights with internal teams.
  • Share the SOUNDBOKS story, staying true to company values at every touchpoint.
