Hello Retail is growing rapidly – and we are looking for a Danish-speaking Business Development Representative to be part of our sales team.
Join our fantastic team in Copenhagen, Denmark, and help us scale the medium and large customer segments in the Nordic market. Hello Retail is the market leader in the Nordic countries in Personalization and Conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market.
About the job
It is your responsibility to generate new business, but it is also up to you to give form to this function, and taking the initiative is therefore highly appreciated. Challenge yourself to find the right prospects and analyze their business to see if our solutions can contribute to better eCommerce results. Educate the customer in a way that our solutions will provide better results. Make them curious and book an appointment between the prospect and one of our Account Executives, who are in charge of product presentations/demos.
- You will work closely with the BDR Manager and Sales Manager, as well as your colleagues in the BDR and Account Executive team, to scale the Danish market.
- You will be responsible for prospecting and scheduling meetings with medium and large-sized webshops for the Account Executive, handling the entire prospecting phase of the sales process.
- Over time, you will take part in developing the best-in-class outbound prospecting strategy to ensure a high outbound level.
- Once you have booked and confirmed a meeting, you will hand over the account to the Account Executive.
- You will work closely with the BDR Manager and Sales Manager to strengthen your skills in the full sales cycle and plan accordingly when you will take on the full responsibility of closing deals yourself.
The ideal candidate
Is able to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment. You own drive, self-motivation, and creativity, and keep your eye on the ball. We expect you to be able to work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve your goals.
- You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing – in both Danish and English.
- You aim to surpass goals and expectations.
- You are experienced in B2B sales, Telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably from digital services or SaaS solutions.
- You own the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner – E-commerce experience will be a plus.
- You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
- You know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
