About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSE Specialist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. in Plant Aalborg. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing incoming data and reports to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance workplace safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on HSE-related data to provide insights and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring and Follow-up: Monitor and follow up on various action plans and coordinate activities across our Working Environment Organization (AMO).
  • Internal Communication: Assist in the development and dissemination of HSE campaigns, newsletters, and presentations to promote awareness and engagement within the organization.
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordination: Maintain organizational charts, coordinate meetings and workshops, and provide support for specific initiatives. Share best practices within the OHS community.
  • HSE Training: Oversee, plan, coordinate, and follow up on HSE training initiatives to ensure compliance and competency.
  • Well-being: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and provide necessary follow-up.
  • Improvement Projects: Coordinate the implementation of improvement projects (e.g., procedures, legislation, action plans).
Requirements
  • Passion for Renewable Energy: Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • HSE Experience: Prior experience working with HSE and an interest in working with data analytics.
  • Team Player: A team player with a flair for communication and creating meaningful relationships throughout a large organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a structured approach to tasks and projects.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey HSE-related information to various stakeholders.
  • In-depth Understanding of HSE Principles: In-depth understanding of HSE principles and practices.
  • Language Skills: Speak both Danish and English on a business level.
