We are seeking an experienced Technology Strategy Leader to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As the Lead Architect in Retail and E-commerce, you will be instrumental in shaping our architectural strategy and guiding cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.

This is your chance to make a significant impact on Pandora's technological landscape and drive our ambitious goals forward. You will work closely with the Engineering Director to develop and implement a detailed architectural strategy that aligns with business goals across product lines.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable retail and e-commerce systems.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5-10.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and cloud-based solutions like Azure.
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems and retail POS platforms.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
