We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Aftersales team at Actona Group A/S, based in Tvis, Holstebro, Denmark.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing customer claims and complaints, ensuring a seamless aftersales experience for our clients. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer claims and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the Quality Department and international colleagues to maintain high standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims handling processes
- Assist in developing new methods for streamlining the claims process
You will work closely with a small, collaborative team that values open communication and mutual respect. Your input will help ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. While experience in claims handling is advantageous, it is not essential. What is crucial is your ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
