We are seeking a motivated Student Worker to support our Business Improvement & Strategic Projects team in Vejle or Hamburg with various communication tasks.


This role offers the opportunity to develop personal capabilities, build a professional and international network, and enhance professional development in a global company.


The responsibilities will include:



  • Rethinking internal communication approaches to elevate it to the next level.
  • Assisting the offshore construction department with internal communication and managing channels like MS Yammer and Stream.
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on internal coverage.
  • Maintaining SharePoint and Team sites, scheduling events, meetings, and teleconferences.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competencies.

Requirements and Qualifications


We are looking for a self-driven student with a passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled at the university, studying Communications, Marketing, Media, IT, or Operations, with 1-2 years left of education.


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Advanced experience in MS Office 365, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, and PowerPoint.
  • An interest in SGRE Offshore wind farm construction.
  • An interest in communication and video creation and editing.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; fluency or working ability in German and Danish is a plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Energy and enthusiasm for efficiency, structure, and attention to detail.
