As a key player in the global offshore wind industry, Cadeler A/S is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its communications and marketing efforts.

To further strengthen Cadeler's position and solidify its reputation as a key player, we are looking for a Head of Communications & Marketing who will drive consistent messaging externally and internally.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for articulating Cadeler's values, mission, and vision through compelling narratives that resonate with various stakeholders. They will work closely with external partners and internal departments, including sales, decarbonization, investor relations, finance, and people & culture teams.

This role encompasses several key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy
  • Fostering partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Leveraging marketing budgets and departmental resources effectively
  • Positioning Cadeler as a thought leader in the renewable energy sector
  • Leading and managing a high-performing communications and marketing team
  • Driving innovation in communication practices and strategies

Reporting directly to the EVP - Chief Commercial Officer, this individual will play a pivotal role in advancing Cadeler's mission to accelerate the green energy transition. They will join a rapidly growing company with a diverse and dynamic team, working towards delivering excellence in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

We are seeking a creative and results-driven professional with strong interpersonal skills, a talent for turning ideas into action, and a keen ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Communications & Marketing, preferably from similar roles and industries
  • Proven track record in developing successful strategies and driving outcomes
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in written English
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
