Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy HSE Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for defining and coordinating the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) measures within assigned organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of international and local/national HSE regulations, as well as experience in developing and implementing HSE best practices. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams, are essential for this role.

This position requires a proactive approach to HSE, with a focus on preventing incidents and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on HSE performance, developing action plans to address any issues, and collaborating with facility management teams to implement HSE-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE best practices for Service Warehouses and Repair Shops.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
  • Collaborate with facility management teams to implement HSE-related topics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, including international and local/national standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to teams on HSE procedures and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or environmental science.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an HSE advisor/manager role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local/national HSE regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
