Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Analytics and Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses to assess the impact of new digital features on commercial and brand performance. You will identify and size new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and maximize revenue, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support ecommerce growth.

This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on Pandora's ecommerce success, working alongside cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and deliver data-driven recommendations. Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with teams across Marketing, Digital & Technology, Data & Analytics, and local markets to align insights and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of contact, ensuring hypotheses, learnings, and improvements are effectively shared.
  • Lead strategic projects integrating analytics with business strategy.
