Hello Retail ApS is the market leader in the Nordic countries within Personalization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for the E-commerce market. We are growing rapidly, and we need a Danish speaking Ecommerce Specialist to be part of our future Customer Success team.

Job Description

The Role

  • Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our existing customers are successful and aware of it. You will work across the Nordic team and serve primarily Danish but also other Nordic customers.
  • You will be the key coordinating driver and the customer's first point of contact, responsible for delivering the promised services. Regular business reviews with the customer will be planned to ensure they understand the positive results generated by our solution.
  • You will analyze the customer's shop and discover possible optimizations while interpreting their needs and forming them into clear requirements for our tech support team.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Previous e-Commerce manager experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a previous Customer Success Management role within Ecommerce is also valuable.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • You enjoy talking to people and are committed to ensuring your customers' success.
  • You can work in a structured manner with a variety of tasks.
  • You are self-driven, proactive, ambitious, and understand the importance of a strong team.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages is a plus.
  • You have experience in servicing customers over the phone.
  • You possess commercial awareness and can recommend further services to our existing customers.
