We are looking for a Student Worker in People & Culture to join our team. As a Student Worker, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR-related tasks and projects, including recruitment, communication, and administration.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters in Hinnerup, close to Aarhus, and will report directly to the VP, People and Culture. The job will involve supporting ongoing recruitments, creating Employer Branding content, and performing administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Support ongoing recruitments by researching candidates on LinkedIn, conducting initial phone screenings, posting job ads, and maintaining the recruitment system.
- Create Employer Branding content for social media platforms and internal communications.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data quality checks, collecting and analyzing HR data, and assisting with events and projects.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a knack for administrative tasks and details, as well as a natural interest in learning new things. You should also be passionate about supporting others and have a flair for communication.
Your Profile
We are looking for a student who plans to start their master's studies within Communication, HR, Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership (SOL) or similar. You should be a fast learner, analytically gifted, and able to work within a structure with a strong eye for details.
