Your primary focus will be on managing cross-organizational projects, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, and collaborating closely with project managers to integrate change management activities into existing project plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to project teams.
- Ensure projects are driven efficiently with respect to agreed time, scope, and cost.
- Develop project business cases, capture data, and define success metrics/KPIs to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Establish project governance and provide project steerco with necessary information for guidance.
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status.
- Identify and involve the right resources in projects.
- Ensure necessary documentation is maintained during projects and deliver well-documented handovers of improvements to operations.
- Evaluate project processes and lessons learned.
We are looking for a team member with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. You should be self-motivated, have great problem-solving skills, and be willing to take on responsibility to drive change management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree.
- Significant commercial project management experience in a complex, dynamic, and highly technical environment.
- Project management skills combined with a large 'toolbox' (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) to manage various challenges.
- A good understanding of what it takes to drive and implement projects and change in a large organization.
