About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our Real Estate team in Aalborg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Manage resource requirements and allocation, both internal and third-party.
  • Develop a budget based on requirements and track costs to deliver projects on schedule and report accordingly.
  • Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication, ensuring project satisfaction.
  • Responsible for updating project-related data for relevant team members.
  • Follow all processes and procedures.
  • Ensure IT-related topics align with Location Manager D.
  • Produce a project overview report on a monthly basis.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key stakeholders, including BU, HSE, IT, Assistant Groups, and Worker's Council.
  • Liaise with and provide technical RE expertise and support to business stakeholders.
  • Develop and foster a customer service-focused culture.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading change. You will hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a similar field.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in construction business in Denmark.
  • A good financial understanding and result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding and usage of IT.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain relations with various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Open-minded and proactive approach to work.
  • A team player who thrives in an international team.
  • An organized individual who requires minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
