Job Summary


At HAMLET PROTEIN A/S, we seek a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products comply with quality requirements and regulations.


Key Responsibilities



  2. Ensure Hamlet Protein complies with GMP+FSA and EU Feed regulations
  3. Handle non-conformities, customer complaints, and customer service
  4. Prepare documentation for product registration and for customers/authorities
  5. Conduct internal audits and inspections
  6. Approve new suppliers
  7. Implement cross-department projects

Requirements


We are looking for a professional with a Master's degree in quality engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in the quality area. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, be forward-thinking, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
