About the Position

This is a full-time position at Royal Greenland, a customer of NTT DATA Business Solutions, located at Royal Greenland's headquarters in Nuuk. No accommodation is provided for the position.

Your Tasks Will Be:

  • First and second-level support together with 2 colleagues in the ServiceDesk team in Greenland
  • Support via email, phone, and in-person
  • Support for internal employees on hardware and software
  • Administration of Microsoft and Citrix solutions, as well as hardware management for employees

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Support

  • You have good communication skills – both written and spoken – in Greenlandic and Danish, and English is an advantage
  • You are stable, very service-minded, and flexible
  • You are good at maintaining an overview in pressured situations
  • You are good at sharing important information with your colleagues
  • You understand the importance of being the ServiceDesk's face and voice internally and externally
  • You must be able to travel to Royal Greenland's branches in Greenland

You will become part of a professionally strong ServiceDesk team, where collaboration and quality are highly valued.
