We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Asset Management department at DIS/CREADIS - Dansk IngeniørService A/S. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our wind turbines and wind farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their maintenance needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct technical due diligence activities to assess asset condition and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and maintain accurate asset master data in our CMMS system
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and customers
  • Conduct maintenance performance benchmarking and compliance audits
  • Develop and implement safety, risk, and criticality assessments
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of renewables assets
  • Strong technical knowledge of wind turbines and wind farms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (must) and Danish (nice to have)
