As a Technical Account Manager at TRUESEC AB, you will have the opportunity to work with our customers to understand their unique security challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them.
Your Role
You will be responsible for analyzing and presenting summarized reports of our customers' security postures, identifying potential threats, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in operational and strategic meetings as part of the customer team
- Develop and present operational reports to our customers
- Be the primary point of contact for any technical issues regarding the service
- Provide general advice and interpretation of customer needs and TRUESEC AB's services
Requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent technical understanding combined with strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Operational experience in cyber security monitoring or similar experience working with technical MSSP services
- Minimum 2 years working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Hands-on experience in EDR, NDR, and/or SIEM
Bonus Skills:
- Understanding of common threat actor techniques, malware behavior, and persistence mechanisms
- Understanding of Active Directory services
- Understanding of general network structure and network components
- General server and client platform understanding
