We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Management Expert to join our team at Banking Circle. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk management, preferably in a similar role within a regulated financial institution. You will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for operational risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting of risks to senior management and the board.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in risk management, preferably in a similar role within a regulated financial institution. You will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

You will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including DORA, CSSF 12/552, CSSF 22/806, and CSSF 21/787. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Python would be advantageous.
