Salesforce is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Business team.

This role focuses on working with our most strategic customers and organizations of 10,000+ employees.

You will work in a fast-paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Executive to oversee a key account and deliver business transformation enabled by technology to our customers.
  • You will develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting at our existing customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

  1. Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform.
  2. Use your skills to develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  3. Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • +5 years of full-cycle sales experience and a successful track record in the Danish market.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended account team.
  • Experience with working with Manufacturing and general Business.
