Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather use cases, requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment on product objectives. Your expertise in SAP and end-to-end planning systems like O9 solutions, as well as experience in Power BI and Databricks for data and analytics, will be crucial in driving business improvements using Data & Analytics.
About the Role:
You will be part of a global team where 200 data professionals around the world are driving Pandora to be a data-driven organization. As a Data Analytics Product Manager, your key accountabilities will include developing and communicating a clear vision and strategy for data & analytics products, collaborating with stakeholders to gather use cases and requirements, creating and maintaining a data product roadmap, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, and implementing improvements based on findings. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence/analytics and product management
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify opportunities for business improvements using Data & Analytics
- Proficient with SAP and end-to-end planning systems like O9 solutions, with additional experience in Power BI and Databricks for data and analytics
- Ability to create the vision for data analytical products with a great analytical mindset and good stakeholder management skills
