Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Specialist to join our team at PureGym DK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our data compliance program, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data compliance program, including risk assessments, policy development, and training programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on data protection and security best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring that our organization remains compliant.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and colleagues.

Requirements



  • Demonstrable experience in data compliance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive approach to professional development.
