We are seeking a visionary Center leader to drive the success of our innovative pharmaceutical data science education initiative at the University of Copenhagen.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will have an international research profile within data science relevant to pharmaceutical sciences and a passion for teaching and educational development. They will lead the implementation of our pharmaceutical data science education strategy, foster collaboration among departments and external stakeholders, and establish a stimulating working environment for staff and students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver research-based education for the future workforce
- Lead fruitful collaborations among participating departments and external stakeholders
- Establish a strong Center profile both internally and externally
- Foster a collaborative working environment that supports scientific talents and career development
- Represent the Center externally and develop good working relations with external parties
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a strong leadership profile, experience in academic research and education, and excellent communication and outreach skills. A keen interest in facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The position also offers a range of benefits, including access to top-class research facilities, opportunities for professional development, and a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
