About the Job

The Senior Global Brand Manager will work alongside a team of passionate marketers to drive the Lurpak brand forward. Reporting to the Global Brand VP, this role offers a global perspective and maximum visibility throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include contributing to global brand vision, strategy, and plans; leading Lurpak Sustainability initiatives; acting as Business Partner to key markets; developing innovations and campaigns; securing strategic alignment across stakeholders; and managing agency relationships.

What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or similar with 5-10 years' brand management experience.
  • Passion for brands, consumer insights, and strategic development.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset and ability to translate consumer needs into measurable business results.
  • A global outlook, strong relationships, and a positive energy.
