About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our Project Development team at Vattenfall. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the development and maintenance of our offshore wind projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage department meetings and ensure seamless communication through our Operational Rhythm Calendar in Outlook.
- Perform monthly maintenance of our corporate organization chart via Visio.
- Contribute to the development and updates of our internal SharePoint sites.
- Manage permissions and permission groups using Microsoft Azure.
- Prepare detailed onboarding materials for newly hired employees.
- Support with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Continuously develop smarter ways of working, such as creating templates.
- Opportunity to work on other projects utilizing Office tools.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Currently be at the start or during your Bachelor studies.
- Have a strong interest in offshore wind and renewable energy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Be a smart-learner, willing to seek out training platforms to acquire new knowledge.
- Technical knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word) and SharePoint is preferred.
- Ability to build trust and be a team player in an international team.
- Be able to attend our Kolding offices in person approximately one day a week to coordinate with team members.
