About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Worker to join our Master Data team, part of Supply Chain and Maintenance Systems department, and contribute to our Business Intelligence and Microsoft Power Platform projects.

As a Student Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports, creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, and supporting the integration and maintenance of data sources into the Power Platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions, conduct data analysis to support business decisions, and document processes, workflows, and methodologies for future reference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Supporting the integration and maintenance of data sources into the Power Platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions
  • Conducting data analysis to support business decisions
  • Documenting processes, workflows, and methodologies for future reference
Requirements and Desired Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts and data visualization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, a quick learner, and enjoy meeting new people
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
