Transform the Market - We're Looking for a Battery Solutions Innovator

As a key member of our dynamic Product Management team, you'll lead our Battery Solutions portfolio into the future. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of Nilfisk and the future of battery technology within our industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global battery strategy, ensuring alignment with market demands and corporate sustainability goals.
  • Analyze market research and customer insights to identify pain points, collaborating with the Global Product Management team to translate these into innovative solutions, features, and benefits.
  • Rationalize and enhance a world-class battery solutions portfolio, leading the lifecycle management from concept to market launch and phase-out.
  • Provide product expertise and training to Sales and Marketing teams, aiding in the preparation of technical documentation and marketing materials to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Engage in key development projects across different product groups, ensuring battery technologies are effectively integrated and aligned with overall product strategies.

About Your New Team:

You'll be based at either of our 2 EMEA development centers in Piacenza (Italy) or Hadsund (Denmark), or at our Global Headquarter in Copenhagen (Denmark). You'll report to the Head of Product Portfolio Management, Mads Uhre Dümer. The overall Global Product Management team consists of 40 colleagues around the world, working closely together across teams and functions in a good pace with caring and fun colleagues.
