About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Logistics Program Manager to join our team at TransGroup Global Logistics. As a key member of our Program Management Team, you will be responsible for defining, agreeing, producing, and reviewing operational performance measures and structures with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global operational SOPs and IOPs for the management of shipments.
  • Conduct book-of-business reviews, including detailed rate/cost analysis, to help illustrate costs and drive profitability of the account's development.
  • Lead KPI management through periodic performance review meetings (QBRs) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor service delivery against contractual frameworks and requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in freight forwarding and 3PL logistics, with specific expertise in the Ocean & Air segment for global accounts.
  • A data-driven approach, quantitative techniques, and thorough analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in project management, successfully executing and leading large and complex projects and/or initiatives for customers.
  • Strong business analytical skills, including the ability to perform in-depth analysis.
  • A high level of self-drive and the ability to focus on actions and execute accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization at all levels, including C-level.
  • A disciplined and results-driven approach, with a strong ownership of own area and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Higher business-level proficiency in writing and speaking English.
