Data Center Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Apple. This role is responsible for ensuring the accountability and security of inventory through transaction documentation, process, procedure verification, and system review.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide daily guidance and leadership to a small team of inventory control technicians, forecast data center consumable inventory needs in collaboration with the planning team, and collaborate with local cross-functional teams and peers in remote locations to improve and standardize processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, including preparing and maintaining records of all inventory and providing regular inventory reports to management.
- Providing input to forecasting, budgeting, and purchasing processes for data center consumables.
- Leading cycle counts and physical inventories, analyzing and correcting discrepancies.
- Developing, documenting, and improving operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
We are looking for an individual with prior inventory management and/or supply chain experience, familiarity with ERP and manual inventory practices, and ability to communicate and execute in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with multifunctional teams and providing peer leadership, as well as being a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently, meet assigned deadlines, and handle various tasks simultaneously in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
