\About the Role:

- Carrying out the department action plan and strategy\
- Day-to-day people management, recruitment, and onboarding activities as needed\
- Set clear targets for performance and individual development of your employees\
- Support project teams to achieve ideal execution of projects\
- Provide technical leadership on projects, support, and feedback to employees\
- Primary responsible for providing input to resource planning\
- People management of your section, which consists of structural designers and loads specialists\
- The ability to develop and enable your staff to deliver great results\
- Experience steering projects and providing technical guidance and sparring\
- Hold a degree in civil engineering\
- Have more than 10 years of relevant experience\
- Comprehensive experience within the offshore wind sector - particularly in foundation design\
- Professional proficiency in Danish is beneficial but not a requirement\
- A well-established commercial network across the wind industry is beneficial but not a requirement\
