About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Asset Management and Reliability Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Senior Asset Management and Reliability Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing asset management strategies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute asset management strategies and best practices.
- Optimise the performance, reliability, and lifecycle costs of production assets.
- Work with assembly and packaging lines for finished products at global production sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Report directly to the Director of Asset Management & Maintenance within FPM Engineering.
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years' experience in asset management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies.
- Understanding of ISO 55000 (Asset Management).
- Expertise in predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and total productive maintenance (TPM).
- Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
