Global Employer Branding Strategy Director

Job DescriptionThe Global Employer Branding Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a global employer branding strategy that effectively communicates the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) of Alfa Laval to attract external talent and engage employees globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive global employer branding strategy based on the EVP positioning Alfa Laval as an employer of choice.
- Establish a framework for collaboration between the Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and a consistent employer brand message across all touchpoints.
- Manage external agency partnerships in the development and distribution of employer branding content, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts, while building strong employee advocacy internally.
- Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and inform data-driven decisions.
- Work with regional teams to adapt the global employer branding strategy to local markets, taking into account cultural differences and local preferences.
You are a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field. You have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative strategies that resonate both internally and externally. Your strong project management skills, coupled with your ability to effectively partner with external vendors, ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you leverage analytical skills to make informed decisions and drive results.
