Electrical Cable Category Sourcing Lead

Solar A/S seeks a highly skilled Electrical Cable Category Sourcing Lead to join its team. As part of the company's ambitious strategy, this individual will play a crucial role in executing sourcing strategies within the electrical and cable management categories.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supply chain and sourcing, with a strong background in product management and/or category management within the cable area being a significant plus. The ability to understand technical products and willingness to travel occasionally are also essential requirements.
In this position, you will act as the trader representing and supporting supplier negotiations, aiming to secure the best agreements and purchasing terms for Solar. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and processing supplier information in our procurement software, challenging lead times, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and more.
Other key duties will involve acting as vendor agreement responsible in our systems, supporting the development of sourcing strategies, focusing on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and collaborating with international teams. You will be expected to report directly to the Group Sourcing Director and contribute to the company's innovative approach to seizing opportunities.
