We are seeking a highly motivated Computer System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Denmark. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our internal IT infrastructure.

About the Role
  • This position involves providing technical assistance to employees at our Danish location, ensuring seamless integration with our global IT organization.
  • You will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, telephones, and other client-related hardware.
  • The primary focus of this role is from a user/client perspective, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Implementation of IT solutions to meet the needs of our Danish organization.
  2. Troubleshooting and maintenance of locally installed hardware, including printers, servers, and switches.
  3. Documentation and knowledge sharing with users on IT setup and procedures.
  4. Supporting staff in a Windows/Active Directory environment, with potential tasks in Linux environments.
  5. Participating in the migration project to standardize our IT setup across locations.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Education or equivalent experience as an IT Supporter.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • A willingness to handle diverse IT topics within a small local team.
  • Strong emphasis on security and documentation practices.
  • Valid driving license.
