Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our Global Business Support team. In this role, you'll play a key lead in ensuring exceptional customer support across the globe, collaborating closely with colleagues from various functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Support Request area, prioritizing cases and delegating tasks to team members as needed
  • Facilitate quarterly Business Support Network calls, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration between Local Business Support and Global Business Support teams
  • Chair the Business Support Champion team, leading bi-monthly meetings according to the Champion charter
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders from the value chain and corporate functions, aligning on processes and setting up/improving relevant SOPs
