We are seeking a highly motivated Business Partnership Specialist to join our team at Saxo Bank. As a Business Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through strategic partnership with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for global executive leaders and senior leadership teams on people-related matters
  • Advise, challenge, and support leaders on all people, leadership, and organizational matters related to strategy execution, business plans, and priorities
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders globally to drive business outcomes

You will work closely with our People & Culture Business Partnering Team to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for implementing the leadership wheel and ensuring policy alignment and compliance across the organization.

We are looking for a driven Business Partner who is passionate about executing and driving the People & Culture agenda across the organization. Ideally, you have 1-3 years of relevant business partner experience working closely with the business.
