Hardware Engineer Research Professional

About the Role:
WS Audiology Denmark A/S is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer Research to join their innovative and rapidly growing company. As a pivotal member of the Accessory Development Group in Lynge, you will interface between a dynamic development environment and external manufacturing suppliers, expanding your expertise in this field.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of hearing aid accessory products, working primarily as a hardware engineer with a focus on designing circuits using off-the-shelf components in small battery-driven and wireless devices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, test, verify, and iteratively improve electronic circuits using off-the-shelf components.
- Collaborate with external development partners, review their input, and verify their designs.
- Specify production and test procedures for seamless production line integration.
- Proactively identify potential pitfalls, risks, and delays, and develop action plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing circuits with MCUs, USB interfaces, batteries, and charging systems, including schematic drawing and PCB layout design.
- Preferably, knowledge of PCBA specification, electronics production testing, automation, industry standards, and common practices.
- Understanding and experience in RF electronics, antennas, EMC, and signal integrity are advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Collaborative approach with a readiness to both provide and receive support from peers.
- Capable of self-directed task management and assumption of responsibilities.
- Balance between independent work and team collaboration.
- Eagerness to work in a multicultural environment with good spoken and written communication skills.
