About Our Opportunity
At IT Minds, we're seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Corporate Access Team. As a key member of our Equities Franchise, you'll play a crucial role in servicing our clients and driving value through our Institutional Client Base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present quarterly updates on listed companies and their competitors to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external experts to deliver insightful presentations.
- Conduct company visits locally and internationally to foster relationships.
- Participate in conference calls with listed companies, peers, and external experts to drive business growth.
- Develop innovative ideas for value-added events and drive their implementation.
- Manage our CRM system to track participation and ensure seamless client experience.
- Work closely with equity research, equity sales, and other Corporate Access teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A positive attitude to drive solutions and overcome challenges.
- Goal-oriented mindset to drive business growth.
- Fluency in Danish or another Nordic language, and English.
About You:
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant field, such as business. Your experience with our client base or Corporate Access would be an added advantage.
