Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Lead to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our cloud leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of our cloud area, leading teams of skilled professionals, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will lead a team of Cloud Transformation Leads, guiding them in developing and implementing cloud strategies that meet our customers' needs.
  • You will participate in the Cloud Leadership Team, contributing to the maturation of our internal Cloud Center of Excellence and the implementation of our Hybrid Cloud Strategy.
  • You will work closely with customers, supporting their employees in strategic, tactical, or execution work and taking up either strategic or program management on relevant customer cases.
  • You will be budget responsible for your customers and team, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting financial targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Develop and lead a team of skilled professionals, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Business Management: Engage with customers on strategic and tactical assignments, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets and finances for your customers and team, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Transformation Adoption: Adopt and further mature Aeven's Cloud Transformation Model, participating in proposals and sales within the Hybrid Cloud Area.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including the IT department, management, and customer key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, business administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management, preferably in a consulting, cloud, or IT service provider setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud orchestration, and designs.
  • Experience leading IT projects and/or cloud journeys, with a focus on stakeholder management and customer engagement.
  • Necessary empathy and understanding to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work independently, drive personal results, and secure project outcomes through effective leadership.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to see the bigger picture.
