About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Portfolio Lead to join our Mental Health Global Portfolio Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing the long-term strategy for our Mental Health Category.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Mental Health Global Portfolio life-cycle management process and deliverables, working closely with the Head of the Category.
  • Identify growth drivers for the Mental Health Category, leveraging your expertise in commercial and scientific trends.
  • Develop and implement optimization initiatives to drive performance and profitability within the Mental Health Category.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key portfolio data and documentation required for the Mental Health Category strategy and tactics.
  • Serve as the Mental Health Category Portfolio expert, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage existing portfolios, driving SKU/GIN rationalization and coordination with Product Design Teams to improve potency deviations.
  • Collaborate closely with Novonesis R&D Project Management Teams for NPDs and CPDs to establish launch SKUs/GINs.

Potential Requirements

  • Strong background in science-based developments and business culture.
  • Demonstrated track-record in driving innovation & growth in global multiple markets environments.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C food ingredients value chains.
  • Ability to monitor technical competitive environment and synthesize intelligence for the Category Health area.
  • Strong sense of ownership and proven ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to articulate complex portfolio information.
  • Capacity to work agilely with a pragmatic approach.

Your Compensation Package

This is a highly rewarding opportunity with an estimated annual salary of 120,000 - 180,000 EUR (net), depending on experience.
