We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to work independently, with a teamwork mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd level technical support to onshore employees through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to work with IT projects and implement new solutions
  • Monitor, manage, and solve tickets in the ticket system in relation to defined KPIs
  • Set up and configure new computers and mobile devices for employees

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or other relevant position in an IT department
  • Preferable knowledge of systems and applications like the ticket system Fresh Service, Aruba Central, and PRTG
  • Experience with general IT hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience with ITGC (IT general controls) related to SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) is an advantage
  • Experience from the maritime sector and vessel systems is a benefit
  • Fluent in speaking and written English
